On her appointment Kirstee commented: “I am honoured and excited to have been selected to lead this wonderful organisation. In this rapidly changing world, the powerful work that Snowdome enables, helps Australian blood cancer patients to live longer, better lives. The opportunity to work with an incredible, purpose-led organisation makes you excited to get up in the morning.
I am very fortunate to inherit such a marvellous culture and a strategy that has enabled Snowdome to provide essential funding to support translational research into blood cancers.
Snowdome has very solid foundations on which to build, and the challenge to advance this momentum is one I welcome with confidence, conviction and ambition for the organisation.”
