Miriam Dexter steps down as CEO after eight successful years

The Snowdome Board are sad to announce that after 8 successful years as the CEO of the Snowdome Foundation, Miriam Dexter has decided it is time to move on and spend more time with her family.

“We will forever be grateful for all of Miriam’s efforts in leading our organisation to significant and sustained growth. She has made a remarkable contribution towards ‘making hope real’ for Australian Blood Cancer patients”, says John Salvaris, Snowdome Board Chair.

Says Miriam, “The Snowdome Family will always be very close to my heart. I am personally so proud of Snowdome’s achievements and the cutting-edge research we are delivering for Australian blood cancer patients. While it’s a decision I haven’t taken lightly, I leave feeling confident that Snowdome is better than ever positioned to deliver the vision of ensuring every blood cancer patient has the best opportunity for a cure.”

Miriam is currently helping John transition into his new role, ‘we are grateful Miriam has also offered to continue on as CEO until the new CEO can start, ideally in late October/early November’ said John.
