Thank you for your generosity and willingness to be part of the Snowdome Foundation ‘Great Shake-Up’ on Thursday 8 October at 12:00pm. By registering your participation you are helping us continue our vital work to accelerate next-generation treatments for Australian blood cancer patients to help them live longer, better lives.
Before continuing with your registration, please note the following:
- Payment: Our simple on-line registration process accepts VISA & Mastercard payments only. Alternatively, you can choose to pay by invoice.
- Pay by invoice: If you would like to pay by invoice, please tick the relevant box and an invoice will be emailed to you.
- Contact details: please provide the contact details for (i) the Executive hosting the event and (ii) the person responsible for Administration and testing prior to the event.
- Pre-event I.T. Testing session: for optimal viewing of the web-streamed event on 8 October, your organisation will need to participate in a testing session prior to event day. Your nominated Administrator will receive notification of this testing session after you have registered.
